  5. Are you a full time professional?
  6. Will my house have a color brochure?
  7. Will you advertise my house in magazines as well as newspapers?
  8. Will you do color advertising?
  9. Can you offer the buyers warranties and financing?
  10. Will I have outstanding internet advertising?
  11. Will you give me an unconditional guarantee?
  12. Will you provide me with a written market analysis showing what my house is worth?
  13. Will you provide me with a written market plan showing me what it is that you are going to do?
  14. Are you an experienced negotiator?
  15. Will my interests always come first?
